Refund Policy

At L’Equipe Hair Salon, Inc., we take great pride in the quality of our services and your satisfaction is very important to us. Please review our refund policy carefully.

1. Services

Due to the artistic and time-based nature of our services, all service sales are final. We do not offer refunds on completed services.

However, if you are not satisfied with the results of your service, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We are happy to provide a complimentary correction service, if appropriate, with the same stylist.

2. Products

Unopened retail products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

  • Products must be in original packaging and unused.

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless there is a proven defect.

3. Gift Cards

  • All gift card purchases are non-refundable.

  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

4. Missed Appointments

Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
